Overview
This is a private eight-hour day out from Toronto to Casino Rama Resort, near Orillia, with your own vehicle and driver-guide. We pick you up at your hotel anywhere in the GTA and head north.
On the way we can stop at Bass Lake Provincial Park, with its sandy beach and trails, and the Orillia waterfront, where Lake Simcoe meets Lake Couchiching. Your driver-guide works out the order and timing so you get the time you want at the casino before we drive you home.

How long is the drive?
Casino Rama says it's about 90 minutes north of Toronto, and Orillia is about two hours north.
Do you offer hotel pickup?
Yes, anywhere in the GTA. Outside the GTA needs a custom quote.
What is the age limit at the casino?
The gaming floor is for guests 19 and over with photo ID.
Can children or teens come?
Under-19s can't use the gaming floor or its restaurants, but the hotel and some resort restaurants are fine. Please tell us their ages when you book.
Is there a dress code?
Shirts and footwear are required, and other restrictions apply.
Can I take photos?
Cameras aren't allowed on the casino floor.
Is it private and is it really an RV?
It's private for your group. The 'RV' in the name doesn't promise a recreational vehicle.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
The casino is fully accessible and lends wheelchairs at several entrances. Tell us about mobility needs when you book.
Are meals included?
No. You can eat at the resort's restaurants; check dietary needs with them.
When can we start?
Hourly starts from 7 AM to 3 PM, booked at least 24 hours ahead. Your booking is a request until we confirm by email.
What if we want to stay longer?
Time beyond 8 hours is charged extra, with the rate confirmed by email.
How do I book?
Pick your date and number of guests in the booking box and send the request. We check with our local partners and email you within 24 hours to confirm, with a secure payment link. You pay nothing until you approve it.
Cancellation and payment
You can cancel up to 24 hours before the tour date; cancellations within 24 hours are not refunded. You pay only after you approve your quote, by secure online payment. Read the full policies.
