This is a private hour-and-a-half visit to Toronto City Hall, just for your group. We walk through the public areas, including the rotunda and the Hall of Memory, and the Council Chamber if it's open on your date.
Along the way we share the design story: 520 entries from 42 countries, won by Finnish architect Viljo Revell, with the building opening on 13 September 1965. We finish with time on Nathan Phillips Square, home to the TORONTO sign and the Freedom Arches.
Times and order are approximate and depend on traffic, weather and your group.
We meet at Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen Street West, and email you the exact spot. By transit, take TTC Line 1 to Queen or Osgoode station and walk along Queen Street.
The City lists no ticket for the public areas, and we don't sell City Hall tickets.
Only if it's open on your date; Council meets about once a month, so a visit isn't guaranteed on meeting days.
