Are bikes and helmets provided?

We confirm bikes, sizes and whether e-bikes are used by email. Helmets are required under City of Toronto rules.

Where do we start and finish?

At a downtown meeting point we confirm by email, not home pickup. We also confirm the finish and bike return.

Is it private?

Yes, it's just your group, though public sites stay open to other visitors.

How does booking work?

Pick your group size, date and time at least 24 hours ahead. 'Book now' sends a request, and we confirm by email.

Does it run in winter or bad weather?

We confirm each date by email and can't promise rides in snow, ice, heavy rain or deep cold. In winter, ask for an early start.

Which days work best?

Fort York is open Wednesday to Sunday and St. Lawrence Market is closed Mondays, so let us know your priority stop.

Are admissions included?

No. Fort York is free for small groups, but the Hockey Hall of Fame and CN Tower charge admission.

Can children join?

Yes, share their ages and heights. We confirm child bike options and minimum ages by email.

Is it accessible?

Share your needs before booking and we'll confirm adaptive bike options. Some stops have cobblestones or areas that aren't wheelchair accessible.

Do we visit the Toronto Islands?

No, this tour stays on the mainland. Island bike tours are separate and include a ferry.

Do we need cycling experience?

Tell us your riding experience when you book and we'll confirm a plan that suits you.

How do I book?

Pick your date and number of guests in the booking box and send the request. We check with our local partners and email you within 24 hours to confirm, with a secure payment link. You pay nothing until you approve it.

Cancellation and payment

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour date; later cancellations are not refunded. You pay only after you approve your quote, by secure online payment. Read the full policies.

Accessibility

Distillery District streets are cobblestone and uneven; Fort York is mostly outdoors on asphalt and its Stone and Brick Magazines are not wheelchair accessible. Adaptive bike availability is confirmed by email.
